I love this scene from "Kitty Foyle" (1940): While Kitty listens to the "private" test recording Wyn made on his dictaphone, on which he discusses several things he loves about her, that she was NEVER supposed to hear... Wyn gets all embarrassed, and squirms and squirms, in his chair without looking at her. Squirm Wyn Squirm! And yes, I agree with Wyn... Kitty (Ginger Rogers) does indeed have "Nice Legs". It is also quite funny when Wyn asks Kitty to take a memo to...Kitty Foyle... and we see Kitty "accidentally" cross her legs when she sits down, and then intentionally uncrosses them seconds later. By the way, did anyone catch the "Ronald Coleman" / "Shangri-La" anachronism reference? QUESTION...While listening to the recording, Kitty seems to be upset... When she starts to take the memo, she is still upset... But there is an interesting "moment" that happens in between, while Wyn tries to explain to Kitty about the recording and his feelings for her... Kitty is sitting in a chair, and as Wyn walks past her, Kitty is looking up at him as he walks past, and appears to be trying to hold back a smile. It is just for a second.... But the rest of the time Kitty remains upset... Is Kitty actually finding Wyn's embarrassment of the whole situation funny, but is trying to hid it... Or was this an acting goof on Ginger's part?
